How elderly are you?
Did you hit, strain, play a sport, lift up a big intention etc. prior to the stomach-ache?
Have you perform R.I.C.E. for 1-2 weeks after the distress?
If not, follow the following:
REST: Rest and removal of entertainment. which aggravates the injury.
ICE: Apply Cold to stop anguish and restrict excess Fluid to the injury.
COMPRESSION: To further inhibit swelling cause by excess Fluid to the injury.
ELEVATION: To further inhibit swelling cause by excess Fluid to the injury.
Take an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen to relieve near the misery and swelling.
