shoes on. It hit my foot only just underneath my big toe. It bruised for a few days and later I forgot around it and today a month after that I notice a lump within. Is that still the bruise or did I break anything. There is no discoloration basically touch a lump underneath skin and the lump does not move. I am going to see my md doctor subsequent week if it does not dance away.

It's perfect that you are going to see you doc. It's entirely possible that you will find out that it is simply deformity tissue from the injury. Even if it be fractured, unless the site is cause you discomfort, most expected the doc will purely tolerate it be.
It could be a popped blood vessel, but if it be it would be sore and should hold gone away by immediately.
I really can't report to you what else it could be, your best bet is to purely progress see your doctor.
