Does cardio slow down or stop muscle growth?

Im lifting weights and getting stronger but im overweight too. I want my muscles to show and not be covered by a layer of corpulent. I weight heave 3-4 times a week for about 1 and partly hours. I was thinking more or less using an excercise bike 30minutes a day 5 days a week, but using more protein to hold my muscls "fed". Do you think that I will lose weightiness without slowing my muscle building?


Answers:    i recommend single exercising 1 hour (or less) 3 times a week when using the weights. i also think that the bike would be a great concept. as long as you ingest a healthy amount of protein and carbohydrates, the bike will in actuality burn away the fat, build leg muscles, and increase lung size while the weight lifting will increase muscle mass.
no not at adjectives but if yuor too young and yuor exsercising this much it might stunt your growth simply becarefull
