im kinda tall and skinny grotesque build but i wanna know what i can do to get up to at most minuscule 140 or 145 by september? any help is appreciated, gratefulness
Answers: Lift some weights, get some whey protein to fashion some shakes out of it, and you should be set. The whey protein is good to enhance the muscle building faster...I deduce. Just hit the gym 4-5 times a week for about 30-45 mins and you should be at 140-145 surrounded by no time :D
