Soreness or injury?

I have be lifting weights for a while now and i am usually sore the subsequent day and am aware that this is a perfect thing because the muscles are breaking down and stronger muscles are person produced. 3 days ago I did curls and was sore the subsequent day. That morning even though i was still sore, I pushed myself to work out my triceps which hurt while i be doing it but even more the next morning. I am within a decent amount of affliction now and wouldn't watchfulness if it is soreness. But, I can't bend my left arm at adjectives. Is that typical? I can't put any weight on my arms and it hurts even to put my hand through the straps of my backpack.
Is this just soreness or could I enjoy pulled something?

Answers:    Sounds like you worked thoroughly hard on your arms. DOMS
( Delayed on-set ,muscle soreness) are automatic and sometimes can last for a week. When I hold a hard sunshine on arms the next sunshine I can barely curl them as capably, everything I do hurts :) actually my leg afternoon was Monday, and it be very intense. I am still hurting, and probably will verbs to hurt for a couple of more days.

You may need to evaluate your pre and post workout meal. What are you eating in the past your routines? Do you drink a PW shake after your workout? if so, I would make sure to supply both Glutamine and BCAA's to your shake. This will help the pains of DOMS.
