My father-in-law have come to live next to us and he have have a catheter for some years, but have never used his hours of darkness stacks. We are trying to flatter him, because we are have overflow problems and drizzly bed every morning. Where could I go and get a stand from, to label it for a moment more dignified for him please?

My Husband have have a catheter since February this year. The hospital where on earth they fitted it have arrange for the nurse to come surrounded by once a month to see how we are getting on. What ever we obligation we only just ring the surgery and they bring it out to us. At first we borrowed the hours of darkness stand from the hospital ward, until the nurse be competent to bring us one. I indeed would not buy one as he must be over 60 he will gain it free on proscription. But until you do catch one only put the overnight backpack contained by a bucket it will be nice and trouble-free for Dad to get if he have to bring up to do number 2's.
Bare contained by mind you will own to own the nurse call in your Dad from time to time to manufacture sure the catheter is still contained by the right place as we have plentifully of mishap's, Best of luck
Your local pharmacy or hospital supply store should own one. Also, you could ask his doctor or nurse contained by his doctor's organization where on earth to find one, they should definately be capable of recommend you.

You may be capable of borrow one from your local Red Cross or ask the Nurse at your GP surgery, she may own thinking. Speak to the hospital or contact the elderly squad at your local SSD as they should know how to assistance.
I have this problem when I nursed a sick relative. The hours of darkness stacks are bigger and you should know how to bring them and a catheter shoulder bag stand from your father within law GP practice. Ours be brought round by one of the District Nurses.

i am surprised that your local pharmacy cannot establish one. i used to work within a pharmacy and am sure we could go and get things similar to that from the suppliers of the catheters, stacks etc. they be a company call Bard within north of england i cogitate, sorry dont hold any more info as i havent worked for acouple of years, otherwise i would suggest your local red cross as they hire out equipment or ask your pharmacy to check in the unichem disability aids record (as long as theyare a unichem pharmacy!) to see if they are available in that. i give attention to he wishes to use the hours of darkness loads as they are specially designe d for overnight use and are larger size, that would solve the overflow problems,
