Try soaking in Epsom saline, it help beside my knees. Also I use Flexerall cream on my knees surrounded by the morning and at hours of darkness. It help alot and does not smell close to the bengay. You can find both at the pharmacy and are not unbelievably expensive.
Your probably have growing pains... it should run out soon. I have abundantly of torment contained by my legs from almost 10 years elderly to give or take a few 15, after that it get better. I be almost 16 when I blew both of knees out... what irony
