It is totally painless. It doesnt own a different color. It is not a STD. I dont believe that it isnt a blocked coat folical because itisnt in the neighbourhood any hair. I hear that it could be a cyst but i dont know how long those usually closing, do they ending a month? Could it be Penis Cancer?? I am not sure what I am dealing next to here. Please Help!
