1. Stand up straight, hand on your hips
2. Keeping your legs straight bend over fowards as far as possible minus hurting yourself and hold for a couple of seconds
3. Straighten up and bend your final backwards and hold for a few seconds
4. Repeat give or take a few 10 times.
