What do you do to acquire rid of arm portly?

I worl out just roughly speaking everyday (not the same muscles everday) I own a routine where I usually raise with my arms everyday. Biceps in the future triceps the next so how do I carry rid of the excess on my arm under my triceps?


Answers:    Here's one that I similar to...you may or may not already do it, but I find it effective:)
Bend down on a bench or bench and hold your self up with one arm. Hold a immensity in your other paw and bend your elbow to your body level...this is frozen to explain...
