Monday & Thursday - Chest and shoulders
Tuesday & Friday - Biceps and Triceps
Wednesday - Legs
Saturday - off
Sunday - off

lately a central framework, i will verbs something like the exercises after that but i requirement some comment on if it is a moral plan.
