Can working out too commonly motive anxiety?

I do bodyweight excercises everyday for close to 4 years. Recently I own anxiety problems and extra heart beat. Could this be because of excercising too regularly? Does the distressed system own anything to do next to this? I'm a 17 year outdated masculine.
