Best diet for muscle-building?

Ive going to the gym for 2 months presently and I catch sight of the evolution within my pectorals , arms and abs but surrounded by abs, im not gettin what I required im doing 100 abdominals, next to a special stuff specifically similar to inclinated =/, and they are defined but not similar to ABS OF STEEL they are more similar to Chick's Abs and i judge it have to do a loooooooot next to my diet and stuff that mua (I contained by french) eat any tips?

(Yeah i shift everyday in need exceptions and im truly disciplinated in that)
