Is this Athleats foot?

My foot or foot seize this alot, and its starting to capture annoying. My parents relay me it athleats foot, but this have happning alot, so immediately im starting to attain curious and worried. If this isnt athleats foot, what is it? and if it is, what should i do immediately, and what to do to prevent it.

Also, im starting to devise this isnt athleats foot because i own some frequent creams for it, but they dont give the impression of being to work. So please, someone give support to me. Before when this would appear i would linger untill it getes dry (because what ull see surrounded by the picture looks approaching a bliser(s) but when i do it make alot of scar.
