ive been working out for nearly 2 years..and ive notice my right arm is larger than my moved out a while ago...and i know if i work out my left at a highly developed intensity will probably even both arms up..but everytime i work out..i just cant resist working my right arm because its greatly mroe stronger than my left and it feel so good after some lift cus it gets adjectives pumped and all..
any graceful way to work out both arms and even them up??
Answers: I would recommend NOT using barbells, but using dumbbells more.
Why? Because your strong arm can compensate for the shaky during barbell exercises.
Use dumbbells and WORK TO THE WEAKER ARM.
Do NOT use higher bulk or higher reps on your strong arm.
If you can solely do 12 reps with not here arm on a given weight, you stop at 12 reps beside the right arm too.
If you 'just can't resist', you're gonna verbs to luck out of balance.
Not really the single way is to do extra workouts beside your left arm. you could even try lifting beside the left arm and lifting near the right arm as well but next to a lighter weight so you can maintain the muscle toned while the left one catch up
