Im really overweight?

Hiya. I'm so extremely over counterweight. I am so frustrated near it. My stomach is the chunk I can`t bear the most. When i sit down it is annoying because it sticks out and it feel so irritating. Same beside my chin when i hold to wear a tie. arrrrrrrrrr.

I want to do some at home exercies. Ones that REALLY burn any section of your body. Its close to punishing myself. I wanna burn. I want to stir up within the morning so sore. What is a biddable style to do this. Push ups, sit ups etc

I know how u quality. i am also portly beside a big belly. i bring back so feed-up sometimes beside this body. i want i could look resembling that cracked ,pretty , girl, i am pretty but its this body to be exact putting me down .

But anyway i be told to own boiled hose within the morning & nite beside 2 drops of lemon. this cuts the cooking oil it really works

Also dont put away wen u are hungry coz u drink alot more food . i am on a specail k diet & it really works but u enjoy to leniency & will power coz sometimes u will consistency to chomp through something but know u can't after a moment ago own a low calorie lump or two . & drink lots of hose down
