hi, i am 22 year frail mannish. my distance from the ground is around 5'7". and bulk between 145 to 150. even if i am 5'7", but i dont look 5'7", my brother is around same echelon , and he looks taller, relations guesses me as i am 5'4". so i believe thats my body structure. guys facilitate me out and relate me how can i kind it more close to taller structure, i am ready to work out. do exericeses. plus i am planing to build some muscle soon. so update me how can i spawn my short body structure to high-ceilinged structure.
