Answers:
It does for some, and for others it exacerbates it. Unfortunately, you won't know how it affects you until you try it.
Effexor is an SNRI, and it's a 'solid hitter' antidepressant. If you haven't already tried other ADs similar to Prozac, Lexapro, etc, I'd suggest that you try other antidepressants first. Effexor can be one of the most difficult to discontinue. (Been in attendance, done that, not right - and it didn't give a hand me beside anxiety.)
Yes, it is indicated for both depression and anxiety. I individual win anxiety on happening, but even smaller number commonly on Effexor.
Edit- I should transcribe though, that while it help me avoid anxiety, the bill effects made me even more anxious... you requirement to be rigorous beside staying on agenda next to Effexor.
i took it for a year and it worked great on me. for some object the doc took me past its sell-by date of it and i be batty. the med is wonderful, but the withdrawls even pointed are horrible. well-mannered luck
