I probably enjoy to fly from the UK to Canada. I suffer from severe social anxiety, mild agoraphobia and claustrophobia.
I've be prescribed diazepam for a couple of short flights.
Will the doctor volunteer me anything for a long flight?

first they will distribute you some medicine after that they will inform you to do some meditation and stuff approaching that and after that they will do psychiatric help..they will explain you how to control your anxiety in the psychiatric therapy session..
Hey, they will probably jsut prescribe you a sophisticated dose of diazepam or chlorpromazine. My mum have never flown beforehand and be petrified of it and her doctor give her some diazepam, she didnt completion up need it, but knowing it be within help.
Considering what you suffer from your doctor will definatly be friendly to giving you something to lend a hand out!
