Lots of endorphins. Exercise a LOT! It is really the best article to relieve stress and anxiety that comes beside life span. If you can do it surrounded by the morning up to that time you do anything else, you will be surprised at how it change the outlook of your morning. I don't do it as much as I should, but when I go and get up rash ample and am competent to do that, it really help. Also avoid sugar and caffeine. Those merely amplify stress and anxiety. So if you are a coffee drinker, find an alternative morning drink. For me it's Green Tea but everyone have their own nouns.
