It take me alot to draw from angry and I REALLY abominate confrontations. I'm the type of party who let their anger build up until I in reality snap. Like I see red and it's almost an out of body experience and I carry immensely destructive. I know I should agree to my anger out similar to a tough personage but I live contained by a house hold where on earth my problems are pretty much overlooked. Right presently I'm surrounded by a situation next to my sister and my nerves is seriously on nothing (this won't be this first time I snapped on her). I'm really tired of getting pushed over and disrespected by her and yes I confront her EVERYDAY around this. Is their any technique I can use to poised me down?
