How do I restore your health from a ruined sleeping cycle?

Every darkness, I can't sleep until that time 4 a.m even if I shift to bed at 1 or 2 a.m! This happen because at the establishment of the summer I used to stay up alot presently I can't fix it.
Last darkness, I slept at 6 a.m and I freshly woke up (it's 4 p.m here)! I can't believe it I squandered my sunshine.
What should I do?

hiya ive get exactly equal problem so i cant abet ya but i have need of to no an awnser to. if u play vidieo games or examine tv since bed it would help out if u stopped.
dont stay up till 1 or 2 for starters. try to read a book or do something you know relaxes you beforehand bed.
