Explain what this way and how to do it(look down below)?

It's a meditation method used by Budhists... (hey if it works for them... next great).

How do you do it? So few really know... it's what Budhists all want to complete. You'd own to drop by a Budhist temple for genuine insight... but I wouldn't suggest it.

Every Budhist I've ever know, be far from harmonious, none have ever achieve enlightenment, and infact the inability to arrive at it cause them heart soreness.

Lastly... do you really want to be free from ALL thought?
I can't but I know this is a Buddhist technique
