there is no ampphetamine in lexapro so i don't guess that it can basis a false positive for a drug blind. if you embezzle any of those life pills that they supply over the counter they might or it could freshly enjoy be a imprecise trial. i be on lexapro and i never have that problem. so i would ask to retest hope that this help
