I can't sleep .. HELP ME?

YO what the hell i cant sleep
I wake up up at 6
I stir to college and run 10kms
I finish at 3 - I work out till 4:30
I Come home and im so tied that i sleep until close to 8
I rouse up and i do some hws..
What the hell presently i own to wake up up at six tomorrow but i cant sleep what sould i do
