Depression is anger?

is that correct? i see if i shift berserk and shouting, i get nought to lose explanation i perceive so down, why not? and when i express it i perceive ALOT better...is expressing anger of have depression the true road to curing depression? (not from frustration of have it)?

I know this, suppressed anger over time can munch through away at a creature & mete out adjectives kind of unsavory symptoms, both mentally & physically. And, I know for sure that Anger is almost other "Fear contained by disguise". Also, it's clear you enjoy the depression & anxiety diagnosis correct, and I'll share a revelation I have a few years ago through my research & psychoanalysis: Anger & irratibility can also be signs of thing (as within the "bright and breezy highs" of a bi-polar) --I know. it sounded counter-intuitive to me, too, but my shrinks hold adjectives agreed near some article I read. Just another piece to the mental jig-saw puzzle. :) Obtw, I play pin-ball & I love wack-a-mole for relieving stress (suffice it to utter the kids at the arcade are amused by my antics)

i suffer from stress and depression and if i grain really angry after a really desperate daylight where on earth my children enjoy played up or someone have be really horrible to me , i see holes out of a punch case and surface tons better for it. after i enjoy done it i consistency seriously mediator and can business beside things better than have adjectives that anger inside me. it is also well brought-up exercise too. i don't entail to travel to a gym.
