Okay i am possitve i own an internet addiction, and its starting to interfear next to my family circle and friends, i abandon my chores, i spent more time on the internet than i intend to.
Ive tried abundant methodes to cut down, or stop, But the adjectives finish the same
can anyone back me slaughter this addiction?

I hold duplicate exact problem. I never quit my computer unless for shower or dinner.

Our computer be unhooked for 4 days and 5 night so they could do some drawing. Symptoms of my Internet-addiction subtraction I wrote down included:
1. Smoking more than usual.
2. Talking to yourself
3. Sickness to stomach
And several others I can't take out and not sure where on earth I wrote the chronicle. Symptoms I did NOT mind: appetite totally unmoved as is sleep template and sex drive. No affect whatsoever on those.
My direction. Buy a deck of cards and a book call "150 Ways to Play Solitaire," or run to "detail of solitaire games" on wikipedia and start printing out the instructions earlier you power down. Actually buy three deck of cards, one for one pack solitaires and two for the two pack ones. Do win keeping to keep track of win and losses. Loads of fun especially Queen of Italy, Canfield, Eagle Wing also call Thirteen Down, and so on. Light and Shade is fun, etc.
Finally if this counsel does not work please letters within your computer to me for a full discount. Unless you'd fairly basically put on the market it to a friend when you endow with up your addiction. Good luck!!
