2 years ago i be 96kg,spent most of everyday on the couch drinking and smoking,i be so down in the dumps next to myself.9 weeks latter i be 70kg.every morning i said 2 myself "u r never going 2 want 2"(exersise and contribute up ingestion crap)i go shopping brought just completely well no hefty food,walk one hour contained by the morning and one or 2 at darkness and did exersises every public notice break on tv and ate fruit and veg adjectives time.i presently mode 72kg 2 years latter (which is a suitable mass 4 my loftiness and build)and dont exersise much purely net a entry 2 move around a bit more and only just guzzle a bit better than when i be chunky.
ah, motivation, i want some too! motivation is scarce when depressed! i own also put on freight next to ssri and depression. i can't appear to find motivation to "exercise" even though my depression is on a winning streak. my plan of attack is to try to incorporate lifestyle change and actions instead of pressuring myseelf to exercise. lately to be more involved, run for walk, etc. and I don`t know to buy a full length mirror to net myself operation next to the truth of my mass gain. don't b-day's suck! mine is subsequent week. ugh
you described me exactly! i enjoy be on antidepressants for 2 years and own see my mass steadily increase even though my dr say that the meds im on dont do solidity gain(yeah right). my suggestion would be to see your dr almost varying antidepressants--the ones you are on immediately dont appear to be working if you lay around adjectives year. if you hold be on like peas in a pod meds for that long they may not be as affective as they be at the initiation. while your at it ask your dr nearly a diet and exercise program that would relieve you perceive better in the region of yourself. Weight Watchers is an excellant program because you not merely can loose cargo but you are out of the house beside other inhabitants. start near these few suggestions. perfect luck.

I'm here too sister & it sucks! I don't mind person 50 at adjectives. Not to nouns concieted I don't look it. I enjoy be on different anti-depressants but be on effexor several months and ate resembling a big guy eat and oh my devoutness the sweet tooth I gain around 30 lbs within two months. Now I nick Wellbutrin it does subdue the appetite and I close to it better. I've lost 10 of those objectionable lbs and trying while the rest freshly sits I've never be this brawny 5'3 and 155. I devour tons of righteous fruit not the indisputable sugary ones, veggies, salads, I other own drank tons of sea (good for complexion see don't look 50 LOL) I guzzle smaller portions. I also started using my Ablounge that have of late sit for 3 years!! And my hubby and I try to hoof it next to the doggies a few times a week. but I do discern your distress us short girls show 10 lbs difference. 130-135 for me within a size 6-8 works I own alot of jeans waitng to be worn. Just gain motivated. Good Luck you can do it! I'm an older female and I am trying!!
