I believe that's your opinion of yourself. You may be a moment or two introvert, or fully introvert!! that doesn't indicate you are shy or sick. 20 % of world population are introvert and 60 % out of those 20 % are wonder!

If you never really go out earlier, and don't have a feeling any discomfort for not going out. I consider that's okay... but that still doesn't tight you may not be depressed.

Depression is an affective state. And it's completely subjective whether going out or not is a symptom of it. (much more information would be required)
Did you used to go forth and in a minute you never want to progress out? Or hold you other like to be home watching TV? That would furnish more of a clue. I really close to to be home most of the time, occasionally going out for a special experience or a darkness out beside my friends. That is my nature. It may be yours too.:)

If you are staying home, try to do something productive, so you can own more time for yourself the subsequent day
