when i am have an accute anxiety attack i splash sea cold- on my facade and collar and wrists and stroke my dogs and cats which distracts and calm me i usually jump out doors to do this where on earth nearby is plenty of fresh nouns. best wishes.

I enjoy be within psychiatric help for years, taken every medication, literally, read tons of books and hold tried the exercises surrounded by them and enjoy even tried some "programs" ordered stale of the box solely to be drastically disappointed. Therapy help the most but zilch have really taken it away to where on earth it does not control my vivacity still. It have be 14 years and I am still completely fixed as to how far I can run away from my house due to my anxiety and I find this impressively frustrating. I figure out it is a process and I guess I am continuing to travel through the process. I own found the rhythm technique near rather EMDR to support most repeatedly if I can steady down long satisfactory to attain through it.
