I've be so glum around my energy lately. what can i do to cheer myself up?

i've be bringing myself so low at the present time i can't even concentrate on my university work. My self esteem have decrease dramatically ever since university started...& no, i'm not trying to be a bratty young kid who have everything, i in recent times want to know ways to trademark me relieved again.

i only just want surface mundane. not by buying electronics, clothes, or getting money. I want to be in good spirits the old-fashioned cult method. i want simple. :(:( please relieve me. i'm losing myself.
