I am 29, in divorce, lofty stress situation, to children 3 and 5, finanacial problems, the american mundane. I am looking for some thinking to make smaller stress and gain dynamism. My mom own recommended a day after day pace and some exercise, metamorphose contained by consumption so I am working on that. Even a 20 minute bearing on the treadmill everyday did wonders for my stress level. It abled me to sleep better at hours of darkness. I also changed my drinking behaviour. Try drinking fresh fruit, vegetables and meat, stay away from fried foods, coffee, and alcohol. Drink 2 litres of hose a hours of daylight, and treat yourself to a squeeze every month or so. Why not, your worth it!
