ok.. ive be doing some research and own not found duplicate symtoms as me.. so, i win roughly speaking 6 to 8 hours of sleep at darkness and it take me 20 minutes to an hour to spill out asleep, but when i wake up up, i am too tired to grasp up and during the afternoon i am other drowsy and also my memory is unpromising and i dont know if that have anything to do beside it, is within some brand of medication i can help yourself to or should i see a doctor? please assist.. i am with the sole purpose 17 by the way

How is your point of sleep? If you get up up abundantly during the dark or you are not getting ample slow-wave sleep, you are not getting plenty of the restful effects of non-REM sleep and the restorative effects of REM sleep. There are medication that relieve next to this, so discussion to a doctor would be a correct notion.

As for ur poor memory mayb u can obtain some vitamins such as "Ginko Bioloba" its gd for the memory and ur strength... can take them from pharmacy.i dun deliberate u involve to see to doc

I enjoy severe obstructional sleep apnea. I've gone through years of anyone tired adjectives the time, even after what I feel be a full darkness sleep. I finally have a sleep study done and it turns out that I have severe sleep apnea. I unsophisticatedly stopped breathing 257 times a darkness and my oxygen smooth dropped below 60%. My doctor told me I be head towards a stroke. Anyway, I have a cheek re-enactment done to unstop my airways, but I still hold sleep apnea, but not at bleak. I sleep near oxygen (nasal canula) to keep hold of my brain from a stroke. I don't want to upset you. My merely rationale I'm unfolding you my story is I hope you will not agree to your situation budge minus seeing a doctor.
Guessing roughly what is cause your sleep disorder will gain you nowhere. No reader can possibly know what is wrong. If you are overweight, it could be sleep apnea, for instance. See your physician for test to determine the problem.
