Depending on what is cause your stress. Im no professional, but i would vote, first, try to get rid of sources of stress within your life span. If you cant do that - speak your post is stressfull, later you may try finding an outlet, a (healthy)way to vent this stress so it wont build up inside of you. Maybe try excercising, do you enjoy a hobby that is to say relaxing to you, I don`t know hiking, art, swimming.etc. do anything you ENJOY doing i.e. in shape to your mind and body.
