Serious bipolar backing?

i suffer from both severe OCD and bipolar . the changeover within moods near bipolar is bloodshed me , i sometiems catch confused not knowing how i really grain from the times i relocate from beaming to depressed ! and my joyfulness would turn into extremes ! any im too correct or im too missy and a slob! . i have need of backing away from medication ,and to donate this to my OCD i mostly finale up contained by a particularly desperate shape . anyone who is suffering from bipolar and hold ways to know how to control the swings even if it would end for coupla minutes? ,im not doing ably at adjectives ,thanks

I enjoy bipolar adn ocd and other stuff too. I hold be where on earth you are and believe me, if you work at it, it get better. I would achieve my anger out by doing something physical similar to exercise or bouncing a superball as frozen as I could within my living room. Exercise make a HUGE difference! WHen you have a feeling angry, barmy, frustrated, etc, do some jump jacks suddenly or bash contained by a pillow or bury your frontage contained by a pillow and SCREAM!
