Consistent nightmares?

For in the region of two months very soon, I've have constant nightmares. They adjectives involve my phobias. The one that bothers me the most, though, is my nightmares nearly needles and injections.

I'm due a stab (TB) within Year 10, roughly a year and a bit from immediately, and I'm already getting anxious and worried over it; even when I'm not sleeping, it's other on my mind. These nightmares won't be in motion away - I've tried getting more sleep, getting smaller amount sleep, staying away from the computer in the past I walk to bed, but nought works. These nightmares really alarm me and I adjectives too recurrently rouse up within bed, shaking and covered in sweat.

My phobia of injections doesn't as a rule come and hide me contained by my sleep, but this is really worrying me in a minute - I'm losing sleep over it. It make me snappy and powerless to concentrate contained by class, and I've notice I've even started to avoid food only just because of this. My grades are already slipping.

I'm desperate here. Please, does anyone know anything I can do to capture rid of these nightmares?
