I am diabetic and lately hold have frenzy attacks. This seem to be the worst combo of things because a frenzy attack give me one and the same symptoms as hypoglycemia. I really aversion going hypo, so sometimes I am in actual fact afraid of going hypo after exercising, which in turn give me a nouns attack. This sucks. Any tips are appreciated!

And that I am not feasible to intervene out because body have nouns to let go itself from a fearful situation.
