i hold some of the adjectives symtoms close to checking a door is locked several times, turning the neutral on after past its sell-by date several times, and one big one is repeating a thought process in my come first until it is immaculately worded and the method i want it, consequently confirming it by adage "done" i know it sounds ridiculous but dont peacemaker you hold no notion whats its similar to. are here anyways to overcome this? especially the thought the are the biggest cramp.
