Cos of the thoughts surrounded by my brain i discern congested surrounded by the brain and responses are slow.?

i have a problem which made me muse greatly.Now it creates problems for me.It seem that the brain is congested.same foreboding close to we catch after appearing in the exam and worse is resembling when u are angry. Cos of this i hold difficulty contained by speaking sometimes.It seem to me that i enjoy reach threshold for some sort of chemical stratum contained by brain. As soon as i reflect somewhat also the threshold is crossed. So i get the stage of congested-brain early. Sometimes when i breath richly it feel close to oxygen is going in and relieving the pressure.So what should i do to overcome this?Somedays are tremendously suitable when things are totally fine and i m delighted too.

My friend and I call for this hitting overload or (brain freeze)... we gurgle and skulk for the ram-dump process so that we can afterwards reboot and refile everything where on earth it belongs...
