I've be working constant since childhood. Taking trouble of a sick mother, tolerating an impertinent brother. Worked 9 to 5 since the age of 15. No breaks, no fun time in between. Now my brain is on strike. The simply piece I can do is cook (not everyday) and dance for walk. I've be out of work for a year. I've be fired from the ultimate opening as a bank clerk because it took too long to subtract 2+2. I've tried sleeping, doing accomplishments, group support ect . . . Nothing works. What can I do to rest from mental fatigue?
