Ughh I can't sleep and it's 4 AM here?

does anyone else ever achieve panicky when they can't sleep? okay if truth be told I'm still on summer break, so I guess it doesn't concern that much...it's not similar to I enjoy anything to do today anyways. but still, I'm starting to hysterics...I don't feel I'll sleep at adjectives tonight, I'm not tired at all

It happen to me occasionally, because of too much caffeine sometimes I'm have a thorny time to sleep. What I do is acquire up, see TV or boring movies, surf the internet, somehow up to that time 5 am I'll bring back tired and sleepy.
Stay up if you can, and don't lug a snooze today, you will crash rash tonight..you are newly excited going on for your break...believe me, you will sleep well-mannered tonight!

I hear ya, it seem similar to every dark I doze past its sell-by date around 11:30pm and stir up around 1am and that's it for the rest of the darkness. I will doze rotten again if I turn sour the tv and read but otherwise I doze a moment or two during the sunshine. I have a frightening experience near a bat during the darkness and that seem to be when the problem started, get rid of the bat but not the nervousness.

i hear you!! i hold problems sleeping too sometimes, mostly due to verbs or stress, try not to hysterics though, freshly keep hold of discussion to ancestors on-line close to your doing,, be assured in attendance is alot of us out here, devout luck
