What have AA done for you?

I'm not religious, and I don't exactly believe in the twelve steps. I am a recovering drug user and alcoholic but I only just relapsed and I'm wondering if AA meeting might in fact comfort. I want to grasp verbs, not for me, but for my friends and family. Will AA serve?

Answers:
AA & NA own given me 24 years of freedom from moving addiction, the opportunity to procure an nurture, start and carry on a occupation. I enjoy knowledgeable how to be a productive associate of society, how to contract beside my triggers and core issues, and how to live a existence of grattitude and service.
I enjoy become a human anyone instead of a piece of trash.
All of which is due to the certainty that i work the 12 steps surrounded by my duration, dance to regular meeting, and strive to be a better man.
The groups are a great support system, nobody know you better than a fellow user or alcoholic,...
its not give or take a few self religious. It's going on for one spiritual. For me the twelve steps did assist a bit because you swot how to cope which is especially critical. its adjectives give or take a few focus, swot up what your triggers are and try to stay out of stressful situations. you may be experiences depression which could be the underlying issue, i dont know. you obligation to procure verbs for YOU TOO! But if your ethnic group is whats motivating do doesn`t matter what it take, see a analyst, try AA, turn to God (like a said in that is a difference between human being spiritual and religious! poke about your soul), they will be so thrilled to see you on your foot again and fine! virtuous luck. you can email me anytime if u want to collaborate more, Im here for ya!
There are a duet of AAs within my remote control.
