I'm looking for anecdotal evidence as to the efficacy of St.John's Wart to aid beside depression. Have you or any one you hold prearranged tried this herb, and if so what be the effects ?

I took ST.JOHN'S WORT for several months (trying desperately to draw from over my Fiance' breaking up next to me ). It didn't backing me ! I have to see a Psychologist for several months and she help me immensely (without drugs or herbs).
I have a friend who took St. John's Wart for depression. She didn't bring back a opening to find out whether it would backing her depression because one of the potential side effects is blurred reverie. One darkness she be out of town on business driving at dark and couldn't see because her perception be so blurred. She saw a doctor the subsequent time who told her it be a result of the St. John's Wort. She stopped taking it and her daydream returned to average.
She begin a prescription RX for her depression.
I've taken it earlier. It made me happier and nicer. It really does work. Try for yourself. Some days I found myself overlly nice. Lol! That sounds unusual, huh?
Dear Chance. I took St John's wort and it did not oblige me. Right very soon I'm taking Cymbalta and I'm doing yoga and acupuncture
