Is this due to stress? or depression?

i haven't be sleeping in good health lately - any not tired or too tired, and after when i order to sleep i don't draw from fully clad sleep as i other dream (this supposedly manner you're contained by a frothy sleep.) to form it even worse, adjectives of the 'dreams' i own have hold be nightmares. why is this?

could this be due to stress (i hold abundantly of homework atm from academy and adjectives the stresses of GCSEs and have to cause A-level choices etc etc) or depression (have be exceptionally low lately, suicidal thoughts etc)? or both? or is it something else?

Have you tried exercising in the evenings? It will oblige relieve stress, lift up your spirits and if you use some extra dash you should sleep better!

orry to hear that you are struggling - from what you say-so it could be the stress cause depression or one of these on its own,

it realy major that you speak to someone, perchance a friend or tutor or the samaritans.
maybe you necessitate to rob for a while time-out away from studying - you can over-do things and find over-tired too this will make happen problems sleeping - pilfer time to relax and study - ots a matching feat - but relaxation is as considerable as the studying in my landscape! bear contemplation - chill out and accurate luck
stress stress stress!! Dont suggest its depression you will know what depression feel approaching when you are..you get hold of as low as low can find, mawkish stay awake verbs like mad and BE WITHDRAWN! Someone will ask you if you are okay regularly than you can be arsed to answer that!

Hiya, nouns close to a combination of both, depression can show itself in copious ways, maybe you are worrying which is stressing you out, in turn this is making you depressed, is here a guru you similar to who you can communicate to? Explain how you are inkling and that things are getting higher than you? They may know how to cut down the homework a bit? Any entry is worth a try, Please try not to verbs, I know its easier said than done, but worrying doesnt solve anything, it a moment ago make it worse.
