Is here anything you do when you are underneath stress to bring back over stress?

Recently I am lower than stress as I own so abundant work to do at home and for myself. I am below stress that sometimes I can't sleep. Is ther anything you do when you are in such a situation to bring back rid of stress? Thanks!
