OCD sufferers pls answer!?

Who have OCD here and is suffering so much from it? Especially students w/ OCD? How can you concentrate in university if OCD is interfering so much? Is at hand hope for us?? Someone pls offer some warning! Aside from CBT and medication, pls administer some suggestion something like websites, or books that can abet OCD sufferers.lately ANYTHING that can help out us... Maybe some advices roughly lifestyle that can make happen our OCD or some foods or vitamins we entail to pilfer. Anything that can lessen the chemical disparity contained by our brain.somebody pls assistance!

I am almost trustworthy i hold at lowest slight ocd. I own horrible compulsive thoughts, going on for my breathing, but ussually scare sh*t lik eternity! I can conentrate surrounded by conservatory, but i catch alarmed profusely and im anxious. I dont bring drug i dont progress anywhere. I dont want to. I dont want a analyst and i dont wanna enlighten anyone, to me it would be approach too embarassing(dont ask, i dunno why im embaressed to terll anyone any prob another ocd issue...)

This bygone Summer I be put on Zoloft to oblige adjectives this stuff and so far this year ive be concentrateing better in conservatory, so I chew over it's working appropriate.
Sometimes what I do is I try to concentrate on my breathing to clear my mind, I be told to count, but im OCD next to counting things so I merely be in motion within out surrounded by out contained by my mind.
The OCD is kinda mortifying to me, because I hold to do some things a certin style or a certin amount of times and yeah, ive gotten unexpected looks for it.. gah I detest it..

It's alright. I know what your going through. It's intricate everyday to enjoy something nobody understand and they only just regard it's chance. But you own to see a doctor. The tablets doesn't give somebody a lift it adjectives away but it make it easier to scuffle it rather. I decision I could lend a hand you more, but adjectives I can do is want you luck. i am 37 and enjoy OCD from 10 . zilch can minister to it except SSRI ( selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor ) resembling sertraline ( a better interpretation of the drug within Prozac ) . it is far easier to quit smoking than OCD . dont even regard as roughly speaking websites making you better they will not nor books . help yourself to SSRI med for 2 years ( you will gain weightiness at that time ) . . after pocket up meditation and exercise.. dont blame yourself .. it is not an addiction resembling smoking . it is a hormonal inconsistency ( serotonin ) . you be born next to it resembling me ... so smile and cheer up ..
