ok here's waht happen, the hours of darkness formerly yesterday i ate pizza nad have indegestion...for 2 hours i have palpitation...i couldnt sleep due to a mixture of indegestion and anxiety which lead to more palpitations...laste hours of darkness the palpitations started again but it be because i be anxious, you know when you consistency your entire body stressed up? but i did sleep which made me so optimistic that i cried! but i'm still tired, mostly tired of have the anxiety which lead to those danm palpitations. surrounded by the morning time i dont enjoy them, it's one and only at dark...i dont want to bring pills, i've see near they do to undisputed ancestors, i really dont want to rob them or stir to a psychologyst/psychiatrist.a... other suggestion??
