i be other ruled by my emtions and they habitually cause depression. get myself sour anti depressants after copious years. something that really help be a quote from a book i read:
"emotion are not fact"
simple really. what it intended for me be that i have other believed that what i be thought be my veracity, be the TRUE truth for me. Now i know that my emtions can be false, misleading and over the top wrong. so while i still listen to my emotion, i try to analyse the situation and see it for what it really is. and also not carry so heavily invested in idyllic outcomes. and to choose my battle.
