okay so i met near my psychologist today. we discussed conference more than once a week close to we do very soon, but in that is a moment ago know time within her scedule. she told me that she desires me to keep hold of a bulletin and bring it to our sessions. what am i supposed to write it in?? am i supposed to write in it similar to everyday or what??
