dementia. my mum have this and have gone posterior nearly 50 years, she think i am her cousin who died years ago and that her mum and dad are still alive, she have forgotten my dad, her husband who died 6 years ago totally. this is how her dementia started thinking her mum and dad be still here contained by the house and after started forgetting things. we be told it wasnt alzheimers although she immediately have those symptoms too. in that are several forms of dementia and alzheimers is one of them so its possible that the human being u r referring to is starting something close to this, u obligation to consult a doctor.
